Content Management at Travix

Content is King within our Nr. 1 Travel Agency! As a Content Manager at Travix you inspire and guide people through their travel journey on a daily basis, all by providing them with the right content at the right time. You make it all come together by creating and executing a content strategy  (onsite & offsite) and creating great social media and email content for and Analyzing the results of your content will be able to improve your own strategies. Of course you know how to implement SEO into your strategies and achieve your total unpaid growth targets.

As a Content Manager you play a pivotal role in realizing Travix’ ambition of becoming the leading Global Travel Agent. You’ll be working in an international environment and be a leading force in innovating our content strategies. Our team consists of Content & Campaign Managers, Online Marketers and Designers. The team defines the brand, content, campaign and product strategy for our NL websites. At Travix we manage content and campaigns from a customer point of view. We continuously enhance, monitor and test the relevance of our content in order to improve our customers’ experience throughout the whole customer journey.

Your challenges

  • Creating and executing an onsite and offsite content (marketing) strategy.

  • Create great social media and email content which supports our brand preferences.

  • Implement SEO best practices in all relevant content.

  • Be a leading force on content in our Amsterdam office.

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing, communication or another relevant study.

  • > 3 years working experience in an online marketing or e-commerce environment.

  • > 3 years hands-on experience in Content strategies/SEO/Social at an agency or a challenging online company.

  • Language skills:

    • Dutch: Native speaking & writing

    • English: Excellent speaking & writing

  • You are able to work in a data driven way and have solid analytical skills.

  • Result-driven.

  • Share your creativity, it is your time to show off!

  • You have a customer-oriented mindset and the drive to always deliver the best possible user experience.

  • Experience with CMS, basic Photoshop and mediate level HTML.

  • Flexible, proactive and inventive in trying new approaches.

  • Experience in the airline and/or travel industry is a plus.
