In this exclusive position, as an E-Travel Professional you will be performing in our rapidly working multilingual team in the heart of Berlin and act as an intermediary between the customers and airlines by handling a variety of inquiries and back office tasks such as supporting customers by phone, email and social media via our various online booking portals across the world like Vayama.com, CheapTickets.de, Flugladen.de, Budgetair.co.uk, etc.

Our multi-lingual Customer Service Center team provides passionate and dedicated support to customers by answering inbound calls for all type of queries being asked by the Travix customers worldwide. Your team consist of approximately 90 international E-Travel Professionals, Specialists and Experts. Though, your direct supervisor is the Customer Service Manager.

Your profile:

You are superior in relationship management and have strong communication and negotiation skills. In fact, You can work independently even in a high-pressure environment, have excellent problem-solving skills and an organised approach. You are a real team player who also likes to share knowledge in order to improve yourself and the team. Moreover, you are fluent in English & one or more languages such as Swedish or Spanish or French, verbal and in writing.  

Required Qualifications:

  • Exceptional communication skills, friendly, outgoing and customer friendly personality

  • Flexibility in working hours (late shifts, weekends or public holidays)

  • Relevant experience in the Customer Service / Tourism industry

  • Excellent PC skills like MS Office, Word, Excel and Google

Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's level

  • Experience with GDS such as Amadeus and Worldspan
