Next to joining the People team you will also join the team of Product, Technology and Finance. The Product & Technology team develops and maintains all of our products, platforms and websites 24/7 around the globe. Our techies use the latest and greatest engineering tools to develop groundbreaking technology. We hire and relocate tech talent from all over the globe (more than 50 nationalities!) to stay ahead of the game. Our 2 development hubs are Amsterdam and London. Our Finance team is centered in Amsterdam and Bangalore and ensures proper delivery of all key numbers and acts as a true business partner for all our key leaders.


Head of People (HR BP) Product, Technology and Finance – Amsterdam


The People team’s mission is: “We Grow Talent” @ Travix. As Head of People Product, Technology and Finance you do that for all our Product, Technology, and Finance teams globally. You will be the #1 point of contact for all leaders and managers within these teams for People, Culture and Organizational matters. One moment you will be partnering up with key leaders and the next moment you will actively challenge and motivate leaders to change.


Your challenge


Travix’ Product, Technology and Finance Officers are your key clients in this role. You will coach, challenge, and advise these senior leaders proactively to align the people, culture, and organisational strategy in line with of our business strategies. The role requires a thorough understanding of the key challenges and roadmap ahead in Product, Technology and Finance. You address people, culture, and organizations topics in the Product, Technology and Finance delivery pipeline and environment. Furthermore you will implement Travix Performance Management, Talent Development standards, Reward Standards (job & compensation framework), Management & Leadership standards, translate and implement local regulations, coach and advise management. You act as OneTravix ambassador and implement OneTravix culture values.

What you bring to the table


  • Bachelor or Masters Degree in HRM/ People / Business Management;

  • 5 - 7 years’ work experience (ideally 3 years in an international company, supporting senior line managers in an online / tech / e-commerce environment);

  • Experience in international organizations and multi-cultural work environments;

  • Fluent in English (verbal & written), Dutch is an additional benefit though not required;

  • Competencies: Business Acumen & Financials, Strategic thinking, Credibility, Operational Excellence;

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills, people- and service-oriented;

  • Flexible and adaptable, able to handle multiple tasks across a wide range of issues, pro-active self-starter and able to work under senior management pressure;

  • Master of the Travix Traits of Success!
