Internal Communications & Employer Branding Internship
In this position, you will assist the Corporate Brand & Communications Manager with internal communications and employer branding tasks and will actively contribute in strengthening the employee engagement and developing the brand positioning as an employer in a competitive global talent market.
Due to the small size of the team, you can take lots of responsibilities and make a direct impact!
You are expected to utilize your profound organizing skills to make sure that all company events are carried out smooth and sound. Furthermore, you will be responsible for creating and managing content for our global internal communication channels. And lastly, you will participate in the Employer Branding project with our Corporate Brand & Communications Manager.
Organizing key internal events and the communications around them, such as Leaders Offsites, Global Business Updates, Lunch & Learns, Social Events,
Various communication deliverables
Safeguard the Travix corporate brand identity and Travix branded material
Implementing a consistent Employer Brand presence & story in all relevant channels (corporate website, social media, etc.) and in all steps of the candidate and employee journey.
Employer Brand Content Management: securing, generating, updating and editing content for key target audiences for both internal and external communication channels.
Defining and implementing activities for current and future Employer Brand Ambassadors.
