Content Marketer (German) - Location: Amsterdam

You are subscribed to more than 30 newsletters, just to see what they look like. Whenever you read a blog, you think about how you could have written it better. You cannot browse social media without paying attention to the quality of content. You are that annoying friend who always corrects other people’s grammar (but you can't help it, obviously). You understand the importance of high quality content for all marketing channels and you can adapt your style to different audiences and purposes. And, of course, you are checking flights all the time because you’re addicted to travelling.

The Challenge

  • Manage the unpaid marketing for our German brands, e.g.:
  • Create content and execute (partner) campaigns to support our brand story and brand personality 
  • Manage multi-channel marketing projects
  • Implement SEO best practices in all relevant content
  • Perform market and audience research
  • Connect with internal stakeholders
  • Constant focus on the performance of your marketing efforts

What you bring to the table:

  • A winner mentality: You are proactive, self-starting, responsible and structured
  • A star in recognizing new opportunities and improvements
  • A grammar nerd (in the most positive sense of the word)
  • Data driven mindset and solid analytical skills
  • Flawless German writing skills (native), and excellent speaking and writing in English
  • Experience with Photoshop and Google Analytics is a plus
  • At least 2 years working experience in a (creative) marketing role (SEO, email marketing, social media)
  • Bachelor or Master degree in marketing or other relevant study
