Communications Coordinator

Job Purpose

As the CC Communications Coordinator, you keep a close eye on all customer & agent communication-related. Ensure alignment between our self-service features (My Account, Chatbot & FAQ’s) to support the CC strategy. You check, adapt content where needed in our tools. Besides that, you support your agents with an up-to-date canned response & solution article database to stimulate agent productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Align the content in the My Account with the content that the chatbot provides to our customers. Ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Adjust Customer Service related pages on our websites by updating our Content Management System (CMS)
  • Keep our transactional emails up to date to the ever-changing market circumstances
  • Update the chatbot scripts where needed
  • Coordinate company wide CS translations with the translations agency or internal translators
  • Update a Travix internal system KITT with airline rules in order for the My Account & Chatbot to service our customers with personalized information
  • Support CC Communications Manager to accomplish team and company-wide goals.

What you bring to the table

  • 2+ years corporate communications experience is required
  • Bachelors in Communications or Marketing or similar education
  • Fluent written and spoken English, 1 other language is a plus
  • Adequate knowledge of Operational travel business in Customer Service is a definite benefit
  • You're ambitious, you always want to know more about your field and you look forward to continuous learning
  • You have the ability to quickly adapt to rapidly evolving and changing business priorities
  • You have the perseverance to find the right answers to your questions and have a great eye for detail
  • Pragmatic with a hands-on approach and sense of urgency
  • Energetic and positive mindset.
