Job Purpose
- Lead the eCommerce and MarComm teams to drive traffic and conversion
- Drive growth by formulating and executing business strategies and initiatives for focused markets
- Analyse market opportunities, competitive landscape, trends and initiate business cases for product and commercial optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with data analysts and strategists to develop initiatives born out of consumer, market & behavioral insights
- Work closely with Product, Customer Service to improve UI/UX, customer satisfaction, and revenue through cohesive strategies
- Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budget
- Prepare reports and insights to track and evaluate the success of initiatives and campaigns
- Act as a central point of contact connecting with other cross-functional teams within Travix (i.e. Customer Service, Product, Cross-Sell, Commercial, Pricing, Industry Relations & Air, Legal, Finance)
- Motivate, engage and develop the team to their fullest potential to achieve goals and performances. Actively seek opportunities for continuously improving the specialist knowledge within the team.
What you bring to the table
- Master Degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline
- At least 10 years’ experience in a similar role in eCommerce/Digital Marketing in Travel/OTA/Air industry
- Data-driven mentality is a must with a real commercially focused mind
- Excellent demonstrated people manager skills
- Knowledge of SEA, Meta, SEO, Email, CRM, PR, Branding, Content & Campaigns
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
- Analytical and data driven mindset with the ability to communicate the conclusions from data clearly to various level of stakeholders
- Can-do attitude
- Lead and influence stakeholders
- Be a connector, someone who can get people from different disciplines to work together
- Strong organizational skills
- Passion for innovation and actively encourages innovation within digital and actively use it to create business results.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
