AIR Supply Analyst

The AIR Team colleague has a key role within Travix for globally ensuring “Flight is core”.

In this position you will have full ownership of responsibilities related to operational and technical processes, consisting of, but not limited to, GDS products, AIR products and process improvements, data availability and usage, Skyscanner and Trip products and processes, all in close collaboration with internal teams such as IR, Pricing & Revenue, Product and Business Ops, but also external partners such as GDS, Travelfusion, Skyscanner and of course our Trip peers.

Key responsibilities

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Managing and optimizing available AIR tools to execute organizational and team policies
  • Collaborate with multiple internal teams and external partners on optimizing AIR flow and processes;
  • Ensuring optimal source and search functionalities on all Travix brands;
  • Look for opportunities on search optimization by automation and data efficiency;
  • Ensuring optimal source and search functionalities on all Travix brands;
  • Be involved in or lead and anticipate performance KPIs;
  • Engage in and develop cross-team and partner collaboration;
  • Contribute to organizational volume objectives;
  • Maintain and cultivate long-term relationships with Travelfusion, GDS and airlines;
  • Initiate and monitor improvement opportunities benefitting airlines in their low cost and NDC sales

What you bring to the table

  • Bachelor degree in Travel & Tourism Aviation or equivalent Studies
  • Relevant knowledge and work experience in a technical/operational job at an Air/Travel company
    Experience in the airline business, especially in GDS and search and source environment
  • Experience in source and search technology and processes
  • Vast experience in GDS
  • Experience with online travel agent industry
  • Experience in working with data.

Preferred Skills:
Highly proactive, creative and analytical orientation. Hands-on person with abilities to present and represent.

  • A very strong can-do attitude;
  • Excellent English language skills;
  • Knowledge of airline pricing and revenue management is a bonus;
  • Analytical thinking and high degree of self-responsibility;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Absolute teamwork-minded.
  • Ability to manage multiple issues simultaneously.
