As the HR Operations Specialist you will be part of the Global People team and will be reporting to the People Operations & Rewards Manager. Your key goals will be to administer contracts and letters accurately; to create an awesome Travix employee experience globally and to support the People team, managers and employees in all People practices. You will also be involved in Payroll processing.
You will be the owner of all the HR Administration for all our employees. You will provide general support to the People team. You are the #1 point of contact for all HR administrative and transactional related questions from employees and managers across the globe.
The employees you will support are based in the Netherlands, Singapore, UK, Spain, Dubai, the US and Belgium.
