Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Coordinator

Job Purpose

We are looking for an ambitious and passionate Talent Sourcer and Coordinator to assist us in our increasing hiring demands. The roles’ purpose is diverse and versatile! Your main goal will be to source and attract candidates for all our business units and assist with the coordination of interviews, but also help us with recruitment when the hiring need is picking up. As we are expanding our team and growing the company, there are numerous opportunities to participate in shaping the recruitment strategy, improve our processes and grow along the way!

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sourcing process, create and execute strategies to attract the best talent, closely partnering with hiring managers and respective business partners to understand business objectives and recruitment goals
  • Provide insights and ideas of effective and innovative sourcing channels and act as a trusted advisor to the talent acquisition team and your business partners
  • Build and maintain a network of high quality prospect candidates and deliver a top-notch candidate experience
  • Manage the coordination of the recruitment process, arranging interviews in all stages of the recruitment funnel
  • Assist when needed with the recruitment of junior and intermediate roles mainly for our Finance, Commerce and CC business units
  • Deliver an outstanding candidate experience
  • Wear different hats at time to cross functionally collaborate with your colleagues in other people team related topics and contribute to our People Plan. 

What you bring to the table

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sourcer, Researcher or Talent Acquisition Specialist
  • Recruitment coordination experience is a must
  • Experience in sourcing for engineering positions is a big plus
  • Great knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods and good understanding of the global job market and industry trends.
  • Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders
  • Independent with agile mindset and the ability to adapt easily to change
  • Ability to work in an international team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Experience using Greenhouse is a plus.
