Tech Talent Acquisition Partner

Job Purpose

We believe that the business success can only be achieved with the right people. Our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in this success. As we scale up, you will play a pivotal role in the growth of our product and tech business units. You represent Travix and its culture to the candidates and work on attracting the best talent in the market. You also act as a trusted partner and advisor to multiple stakeholders on a regular basis to engage and build solid cross functional work relationships and support them in their hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute global recruitment mainly for the technical and product business units of Travix, supporting our offices in Amsterdam and London
  • Manage the entire recruitment process, create and execute strategies to attract the best talent, closely partnering with hiring managers and respective business partners
  • Build and maintain a network of prospect candidates and deliver a top-notch candidate experience
  • Coach managers on recruitment tools and effective interview techniques
  • Contribute in building a strong brand awareness of Travix and drive talent engagement and interest
  • Maintain recruitment databases, effectively using the applicant tracking and reporting system
  • Wear different hats at time to cross functionally collaborate with your colleagues in other people team related topics and contribute to our People Plan. 

What you bring to the table

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment of which one at least preferably in the tech recruitment space
  • Strong passion for recruitment and sourcing
  • Good understanding of global job market and industry trends
  • Great knowledge of relevant and creative sourcing tools and methods in the tech market
  • Proactive and able to manage and influence key internal stakeholders
  • Independent with agile mindset and the ability to adapt easily to change
  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced and commercially driven organization is a big plus
  • Ability to work in an international team environment with a high sense of urgency
  • Excellent English communication skills 
  • Experience using Greenhouse is a plus.
