- Photos shall be taken by participants and must not infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret or invade or violate any right of any person, including without limitation any privacy or personality right, infringe any other proprietary right. Any pornography, adultery, law violation, insolence, incitation or negative mention to others will automatically be disqualified. Participant will indemnify Travix against any claim, loss or costs incurred by Travix where a third party claims ownership of the rights to a photo. Travix has the full authorization to request for participant’s written letter to prove such the above mentioned that participants are solely photo owner. In case where participants do not comply to the above, deny for any investigation or unable to verify ownership, Travix reserves the right to disqualify such participant without any notice.
- All prizes are as stated and are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. No cash or credit alternatives will be offered. Prizes are subject to availability and Travix reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- The winner will be notified by email and/or DM on Facebook as per stated dates (Oct 10, 17, 25 & Nov 2). If the winner cannot be contacted or do not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, Travix reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
- Any income tax, gift tax or any other statutory taxes, duties or levies that may be applicable shall be borne and paid by the winner. In case the winner fails to comply with the applicable laws or pay the requisite taxes, duties or levies, if any, the winner shall indemnify Travix of any losses, claims, expenses, costs and actions for the same.
- Winners’ announcement shall be solely Travix committee’s decision and the decision is final. No correspondence will be entertained regarding the final decision.
- Travix reserves the right to request the winner to provide proof of identity and age and/or eligibility (if required) in order to claim the prize. Proof of identification and entry considered suitable for verification is at the discretion of Travix. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit the prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.

- Travix reserves the right to use the winners’ names, images, captions and comments relating to their contest experience for the purpose of any announcement or promotional, marketing or publicity purposes in any media without any fee being paid.
- By entering this contest, the participant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. In case of participants who do not comply with the above terms and conditions and/or have any proved intention to defame this campaign considered by committee’s discretion, Travix reserves the right to deprive such participant from entering the campaign.
