Yes, if you apply for internship, your content is also considered as assignment and it is part of internship application/selection along with your resume.

Can I still win the prize?

Yes, your content submission will be reviewed along with others.

Does winning a prize mean I’ve got an internship too?

Prize winning doesn’t mean internship is offered. Internship is offered based on your content (as assignment) and your qualification. Your internship application is reviewed separately from the contest.
